Allscripts and MyCareTeam (MCT) recently launched their integrated diabetes management system to healthcare providers at HIMSS12. Integrating the MyCareTeam application with Allscripts Enterprise EHR is enabling patients and providers to collaborate to better manage diabetes between visits and in the office.
