The Blue Button community and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT asked patients and caregivers to cote for the applications that best manage their health and financial health data. A “crowdvote” was called to determine which of these new apps should be crown as winners of the challenge and receive $35,000 in prizes.
eClinicalWorks has created a new business called Healow (Health and Online Wellness). The $25 million investment is aimed to better connect patients, doctors, and medical data. They started with the Healow mobile app.
