USMLEWorld Qbank Mobile App is an excellent addition for anyone who uses USMLEWorld. The interface is easier to use as compared to the desktop version. For long sessions, have a power cord on hand or use WiFi to save on battery life.
This app will never be a replacement for a trained interpreter. However, most hospitals have one interpreter for many patients, if not the whole hospital. This app helps to allows a practitioner with a basic knowledge of Spanish in an emergency setting to quickly assess a potentially critical patient when an interpreter is not rapidly available.
ICD 10 Disease codes app is a purely functional app with a basic UI. The chronic use of adverts was extremely off-putting and frustrating. I would not recommend this app to anybody unless they had a desperate need to carry an offline copy of the ICD 10 codes.
Diagnosaurus DDx from Unbound Medicine is a medical app that helps you formulate differential diagnoses. We have already reviewed the iphone version of Diagnosaurus DDx back in 2009 and loved it. Now let’s take a look at its cousin on the Android.
If the author decides to provide references for all of the test information and values, this application would easily be one of the top medical Android apps available. This is a beautifully designed application with plenty of features to offer any health care provider for the outstanding price of free.
