We would like to request a review for an app we have just released to the store. It is called ‘Medtimer’. It is a tool specifically crafted to allow health professionals to easily measure heart rates and respiratory rates. It is aimed at making this measurement process more efficient and removes the need to perform any calculations, counting or clock watching. It is accurate and extremely simple to use. It works on the Apple Watch (even in Airplane mode) and also on iPad and iPhone. We would love to hear what you have to say about it.

I think it’s a cool concept, but in reality — almost all code situations have a dedicated nurse in charge of timing the meds / drugs. Often times this is referred to as the “code sheet” — and they have stop watches, etc as well to help them do this. The issue w/ phones is reminding to place them in AirPlane mode — battery life, and a host of other types of distractions that can occur. Could have some potential for EMS though if they are coding in the field.
