AlzDxRx

The AlzDxRx app was created by the San Diego County Medical Society Foundation to help providers screen for the behavioral symptoms associated with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Neurologists, geriatric specialists, and psychiatrists came together to develop a myriad of tools to be used by primary-care providers including scoring instruments and algorithms for screening, evaluation, and behavioral management. Test scores can be saved for trends and the user can email the test results to themselves for records.
