Apple has released iOS 8.0.2 to not only fix the issues that happened with their 8.0.1 update, but to enable Health apps that are using the healthkit platform.
The iOS 8.0.1 update was available for only an hour, and users reported cellular network issues, Touch ID issues, and had other technical issues.
Apple had delayed the launch of the Healthkit platform and the Apple Health app integration when iOS 8 initially launched due to a bug in the platform.
In order to use apps that will plug into your Apple Health app, users will need to update their iPhones to this latest update.
