Tim Cook is now spending time talking about health fitness. There are two Apple Watch apps: Fitness App and Workout app. 3 key Watch functions: Stand (helps minimize sedentary time) / Move (helps you hit key calories) / Exercise (intense activity). It will share data with the native health app on the iPhone.
Update 7: Apple Watch will use LEDs to measure your heart rate.

Schiller from Apple is talking about the M8 chip. The prior was the M7 that had an accelerometer, gyroscope, and was utilized by fitness apps. Schiller is talking about how it can be used for fitness. M8 chip now for the first time has a barometer, and Schiller states this will help the iPhone be able to tell with exact precision how you many steps you have walked (measures elevation).
iPhone 6 plus has a huge landscape mode. Would be great for viewing radiology imagines and easier to reference your Electronic Medical Record via Citrix or a native app.
