Purpose of the App Review:

1) What scores does this app calculate risk for?
2) Does the app include references?

Quickly determining the correct course of action for our cardiac patients is important.

Since cardiac emergencies often present so similarly, it is important to keep in mind scoring techniques to determine risks and likelihoods of certain pathologies.

NSTEMI Risks is an app that calculates GRACE In-hospital and TIMI UA/NSTEMI risk scores.

These scores are useful in helping to determine the most appropriate course of action for your patients quickly.

User Interface:

The app opens with the calculator interface.

Overall: 3.5/5 Stars
User Interface:  2/5 Stars. The opening page is not very pretty – but it gets you to the calculator quickly.
Multimedia Coverage: 3/5 Stars. The app does not call for much multimedia usage so it does not offer many multimedia features.
Price: 4/5 stars. An ad supported free version of this app would probably do much better but for those who regularly make NSTEMI risk score calculations, it’s worth the small price
Real World Applicability: 5/5 Stars. For those who need to determine NSTEMI Risk often, it’s certainly an app that could be used daily.
