High noon has come and gone in Washington DC and so does the beginning of the latest TEDMED event. Almost two thousand delegates from 31 countries will be attending TEDMED 2013, an event where individuals from all sorts of disciplines gather to ponder the greatest and biggest challenges that healthcare and medicine faces.
Many exciting speakers are lined up for the event including Surgeon General Regina Benjamin and NIH Director Francis Collins, with talks ranging from the future of preventative care to the development of oxygen “micro-bubbles” for management of hypoxia in critical illness.
