West Wireless Health Institute (WWHI) has partnered with Carlos Slim Health Institute, recently announcing the launch of a year-long research study on WWHI’s first wireless fetal monitoring device, called Sense4Baby.   The hand-held, portable wireless device, developed by WWHI in 2010, provides critical maternal and fetal monitoring in high-risk pregnancies at a lower cost by enabling a health care provider to monitor the patient anywhere there is cellular service.
