So with 2011 drawing to a close and 2012 nearly on us, good question is what Mobile tech are you most looking forward to in 2012. Is it the iPad 3 or Google's rumoured 'iPad Killer'. Alternatively maybe its the new Android tablets coming out! What are your thoughts!
What Mobile tech are you most looking forward to in 2012?

I'm looking forward to getting my hands on some of the mHealth devices out there on the market (currently not many ship to Aus). I'm also looking forward to Inkling expanding their medical book library, the iPad 3 and all of the cool app's that I currently don't even know are in the works!
Further, I would really love to see an app developer work closely with medical students (perhaps from UCI, Stanford, Cornell and UNE here in Australia) to develop an app that is well aligned to medical study. Given the investment by medical schools in iPads and other technological infrastructure (the aforementioned uni's all give first year students iPads at enrolment) I would suggest this would be very worthwhile!

I'm looking forward to some of the mHealth devices out there. I'm personally interested in the Jawbone UP as I think that kind of wearable tech is the future!

I totally agree that a decent med student app would be amazing. Personally I would like something that allow you to manage all your course content, notes, presentations etc I'm not sure if this is too much of an ask though!

- I completely agree with this! I would really enjoy being able to have a much more mobile form of studies on my iPad.
