Three medical apps I've been using with my galaxy nexus device in the emergency department.
1) 10 Second EM: Great for quick algorithim information, such as PERC criteria, TIMI score, etc. Great for quick resus meds as well
2) EMRA Antibiotics: Great app for antibiotics and indications in the emergency room. Always rememer to know the local antibiotic resistance in your community though. For example, I don't use the UTI meds recommended because the sensitivity is lower than other antibiotics in my area.
3) Harriet Lane: Only available through skyscape. Really not that great of an app, but one of the few for android that helps with pediatric dosing. Overall User Interface is pretty bad. Out of the three mentioned here the one I use the least.
iPad 2, Galaxy Nexus, iPhone 4s
