The note in the Internal Medicine thread about podcasts made me think of some that I've been enjoying recently. The American Academy of Neurology does quite a good, short podcast featuring 1-2 articles from the week's issue of Neurology. Also the Lancet does a reasonably good neurology podcast.
I use Downcast on my iPad, which is excellent for me because it updates podcasts in the background. I don't have to sync with my computer all the time to get the latest editions. I find it superior to iTunes in every way.

Awesome post Ash, I absolutely love podcasts. Great way to learn while in the car.
New England Journal of Medicine has some great podcasts as well, they can be found and assessed for free here:
feed://podcast.nejm.org/nejm_audio_summaries.xml
They do a weekly podcast with a great summary of the key articles of the week.
