Fit To Drive has a simple aim which it carries out well. It is of much higher use to UK clinicians although those in other countries may find it useful. There are a number of improvements that will increase the usability of this app and enhance its functionality.

While AO Spinal Principles is an attractive app with a clever user interface, it is fundamentally flawed by the lack of useful clinical content. Clinicians who want a very basic overview of spinal management may find some use in this app but they will cover all the content included within a few minutes.

Patient.co.uk is a fantastic website for clinicians to refer too. The mobile app seems to be plagued with problems and is not as useful as the website due to uncertain in-app purchases and the addition of advertisements which quite frankly ruin the credibility and appeal of any medical app.
