We just got a demo of a full EMR on the iPad today... it was very impressive. Of course the person doing the demo was very fast with the iPad, but I can see it easily replacing our tablets.

The software is called Life Record, looks like they have been doing iPhone development for quite awhile.

the website is http://www.liferecord.com/
Did anyone get an iPad? Would love to hear some reviews of some medical apps created just for the iPad, if any?

Hi!

-- For MD on Call --
You're right, it will look good on the iPad, but it was originally designed (and written) with the iPhone in mind. That's why we didn't create a "XL" version of our app, so those who bought it before can just download the free upgrade and enjoy it on their iPad.

MD on Call 2.0 is a major update (way more than just iPad compatibility) I hope med students, interns and jr residents will enjoy it!

-- Marc-Emile

I'm interesting to see how the medical app from Nuance is going to look. The software I use for practice right now is atrocious.
