Why? Because the iOS Bluetooth stack is EXTREMELY limited. You cannot even pair a bluetooth GPS on it without jailbreaking and using something like BT Stack. I have the Littman 3200 and it is not recognized by my iPad, my iPhone, or my iPod Touch 2. Unless Apple rewrites the bluetooth stack to accomodate Littman & Zargis, the app won't happen. I am currently writing a bluetooth stack for my jailbroken iPad that wil allow me to receive the audio from my steth to teach my nursing and paramedic students how to properly auscultate. <br><br>Rob F, RN MSN, ACNP-BC, NREMT-P AAS, Not gonna happen without a jail break? It is really slow and uses a lot of memory.
